Blackberry Sync
Below are three instructional video that will teach you how to properly sync your Blackberry Hand held device using Blackberry’s Desktop Manager versions 4.3 – 5.0. If your not sure which version you have or want the latest version of Blackberry’s desktop manager, please click on the link below.

Files to look for: ACTIVITY.DBF for your Calendar and CONTACT.DBF for your contacts… below are the folder directory address’ were you’ll find these two Data Base Files (.DBF)
For AgentOffice v9.0 or lower – C:\Windows
For AgentOffice v10.0 on Windows XP – C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\AgentOffice\Data
For AgentOffice v10.0 on Windows Vista – C:\ProgramData\AgentOffice
